Good to know

Before you buy

Two quick checks before you go through checkout.

Is my device eSIM-ready?

Most phones from 2018 onward support eSIM, but not all. iPhones from XS onwards all work. On Android, check your specific model on imei.info/esim-check (dial *#06# for your IMEI number) before buying.

Your existing SIM and eSIM work side by side, no need to remove your home SIM card. Use the eSIM for data, keep your home SIM active for calls and SMS.

How does it arrive?

After payment, you receive a QR code by email. Add the eSIM in your phone's cellular settings by scanning the QR, or use the direct install link where supported by your device.

Your data plan starts when you first connect to a local network at your destination, not at the moment of purchase. Keep your home SIM active if you need 2FA SMS on the road.
