Stay in cozy homestays with two single beds per room (shared with one fellow traveler). Private rooms are available for an extra cost. Your stay supports local communities, funding schools, homestays, and guides.

Expect squat toilets and solar showers, simple but functional. Pack wet wipes and a sense of adventure.

3. High Altitude Challenges

Cross mountain passes at 4,600m where oxygen is scarce but the views are unforgettable. Acclimatize or tap out, this journey isn’t for the faint-hearted.
